The "Home Review Experience" is unique to the home inspection industry. Our inspector's complete focus is on informing every client - to the fullest extent - about the home they intend to live in with their families. As you read through our website, you will discover the many things that set us apart. Many of our clients bring friends or family members who are professional electricians, structural engineers, master plumbers and other trade professionals and they are amazed at our Inspector's depth of knowledge and insight. Our clients marvel at how our inspectors are able to take a complex issue and then explain not only the issue, but also their concerns and ideas for any potential remedies, in very layman-friendly terms. A major part of our "Home Review Experience" is making sure you are safe in your home! We provide each of our clients with a RecallChek so they can rest assured that all the appliances in the home are SAFE. Home Review was one of the very first companies to offer this service in Northern Virginia, and we feel it is such an important service that we provide it absolutely FREE with every home inspection.
Your Home Review Inspector will answer your questions as they are inspecting each system in the home with you. We are willing to stop at any time to field your questions or provide additional explanation. We encourage you to be a part of the inspection process! We want to teach you about your new potential home, by explaining how to maintain the systems and answer any type of questions you may have about the home.
Our Inspector will personally show you items of concern they plan to write up in their reports. This helps you have an immediate understanding about the issue so you will feel confident working with your REALTOR to address it (as necessary) with the seller and their agent. During our inspections, if the Inspector has questions or concerns that go beyond their scope of expertise, they will need to refer you on to a specialist in that area - similar to when your doctor has to refer you to a specialist.
The "Home Review Experience" also allows our clients to get their radon test performed quickly. With an "in-house" lab, radon test results are provided the same day the test kit is picked up. And...the reports are generated electronically and emailed to both you and your REALTOR that day.
